Returns are accepted within 30 days from the delivery date.
Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in original packaging with all certificates, tags, and invoices.
Non-returnable items include:
Custom or engraved jewelry
Personalized designs or made-to-order items
Items marked as Final Sale
Damaged items caused by mishandling or alterations
Request return via email within 30 days of delivery.
Item must be in original, resaleable condition (no scratches, wear, or modification).
Include all original packaging, boxes, pouches, certificates, and tags.
Any missing documentation or visible use may lead to rejection or restocking fee deduction.
Items altered, resized, or repaired post-purchase are not eligible for return.
Email support@azoriaandco.com with your order number, photos, and reason for return.
If approved, we will issue a Return Authorization (RA) and shipping instructions.
The customer is responsible for insured international return shipping.
Items must be shipped back within 7 business days of receiving the RA.
After inspection, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days via original payment method.
Shipping costs, customs fees, and handling charges are non-refundable.
If free shipping was provided, the equivalent actual cost may be deducted.
Returns not meeting eligibility criteria may be rejected or subject to a 10–15% restocking fee.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, notify us within 48 hours of receipt with clear photos.
Once verified, we will send a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item for refund and place a new order separately.
