Azoria & Co proudly ships worldwide from our global fulfillment centers.
We offer insured international delivery through trusted carriers such as DHL Express, FedEx International, and UPS Worldwide.
Orders are processed within 5–8 business days after payment confirmation.
Custom or personalized pieces may require 2–4 weeks depending on design complexity.
Once shipped, a tracking number will be shared via email.
Standard international delivery time: 7–14 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.
Delivery delays due to customs inspection, weather, or local holidays are beyond our control, but we’ll assist wherever possible.
All international orders are shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis.
This means import duties, VAT, and local taxes are the customer’s responsibility.
We strongly recommend checking your country’s import regulations before placing an order.
If a shipment is refused or returned due to unpaid customs fees, Azoria & Co may deduct shipping and handling costs from the refund amount.
All shipments are insured until successfully delivered to the customer.
A tracking ID will be sent to your email once your order is dispatched.
Once marked Delivered by the carrier, Azoria & Co cannot be held responsible for loss, theft, or damage thereafter.
In case your shipment is delayed or lost in transit, contact us within 48 hours at support@azoriaandco.com.
We will coordinate with our courier partners to initiate an insurance claim or replacement, depending on the case.
