🌍 International Shipping

Azoria & Co proudly ships worldwide from our global fulfillment centers.
We offer insured international delivery through trusted carriers such as DHL Express, FedEx International, and UPS Worldwide.

📦 Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 5–8 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Custom or personalized pieces may require 2–4 weeks depending on design complexity.

  • Once shipped, a tracking number will be shared via email.

🌐 Delivery Time

  • Standard international delivery time: 7–14 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.

  • Delivery delays due to customs inspection, weather, or local holidays are beyond our control, but we’ll assist wherever possible.

💰 Duties, Taxes & Customs

  • All international orders are shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis.

  • This means import duties, VAT, and local taxes are the customer’s responsibility.

  • We strongly recommend checking your country’s import regulations before placing an order.

  • If a shipment is refused or returned due to unpaid customs fees, Azoria & Co may deduct shipping and handling costs from the refund amount.

🔒 Tracking & Insurance

  • All shipments are insured until successfully delivered to the customer.

  • A tracking ID will be sent to your email once your order is dispatched.

  • Once marked Delivered by the carrier, Azoria & Co cannot be held responsible for loss, theft, or damage thereafter.

⚠️ Delays & Lost Packages

  • In case your shipment is delayed or lost in transit, contact us within 48 hours at support@azoriaandco.com.

  • We will coordinate with our courier partners to initiate an insurance claim or replacement, depending on the case.
