🌍 International Shipping Azoria & Co proudly ships worldwide from our global fulfillment centers.

We offer insured international delivery through trusted carriers such as DHL Express, FedEx International, and UPS Worldwide.

📦 Order Processing Orders are processed within 2 business days after payment confirmation.

Custom or personalized pieces may require 2–4 weeks depending on design complexity.

Once shipped, a tracking number will be shared via email.

🌐 Delivery Time Standard international delivery time: 5–10 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.

Delivery delays due to customs inspection, weather, or local holidays are beyond our control, but we’ll assist wherever possible.

💰 Duties, Taxes & Customs All international orders are shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis.

This means import duties, VAT, and local taxes are the customer’s responsibility.

We strongly recommend checking your country’s import regulations before placing an order.

If a shipment is refused or returned due to unpaid customs fees, Azoria & Co may deduct shipping and handling costs from the refund amount.

🔒 Tracking & Insurance All shipments are insured until successfully delivered to the customer.

A tracking ID will be sent to your email once your order is dispatched.

Once marked Delivered by the carrier, Azoria & Co cannot be held responsible for loss, theft, or damage thereafter.

⚠️ Delays & Lost Packages In case your shipment is delayed or lost in transit, contact us within 48 hours at support@azoriaandco.com.

We will coordinate with our courier partners to initiate an insurance claim or replacement, depending on the case.

🕒 Return Window & Eligibility Returns are accepted within 30 days from the delivery date.

Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in original packaging with all certificates, tags, and invoices.

Non-returnable items include:

Custom or engraved jewelry

Personalized designs or made-to-order items

Items marked as Final Sale

Damaged items caused by mishandling or alterations

✅ Return Conditions Request return via email within 30 days of delivery.

Item must be in original, resaleable condition (no scratches, wear, or modification).

Include all original packaging, boxes, pouches, certificates, and tags.

Any missing documentation or visible use may lead to rejection or restocking fee deduction.

Items altered, resized, or repaired post-purchase are not eligible for return.

🔄 Return Procedure Email support@azoriaandco.com with your order number, photos, and reason for return.

If approved, we will issue a Return Authorization (RA) and shipping instructions.

The customer is responsible for insured international return shipping.

Items must be shipped back within 7 business days of receiving the RA.

💵 Refund Process After inspection, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days via original payment method.

Shipping costs, customs fees, and handling charges are non-refundable.

If free shipping was provided, the equivalent actual cost may be deducted.

Returns not meeting eligibility criteria may be rejected or subject to a 10–15% restocking fee.

⚙️ Damaged / Wrong Product If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, notify us within 48 hours of receipt with clear photos.

Once verified, we will send a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
